Account and Data Deletion
Request deletion of a Prospeno account or personal data. This page supplements the Privacy Policy.
Who operates Prospeno
Lifes Awesome Ventures Inc. (“Prospeno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Prospeno web, mobile, and field-operation services for contractor companies and their authorized users.
This page explains how to request deletion of a Prospeno account or personal data associated with Prospeno services.
How mobile users are provisioned
Prospeno Field is normally used by employees, supervisors, and managers who are provisioned through a company workspace by a Company Admin.
Most mobile users sign in with a company code, work email, and password issued or approved by their employer. Mobile accounts are not typically created directly by consumers outside a company workspace.
If you use Prospeno through your employer, your company may also have workplace policies and an internal contact for HR, payroll, or operations records.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to support@prospeno.com with the subject line “Account / Data Deletion Request”.
Include your full name, work email address, company name, and company code if known. If you are a Company Admin requesting deletion for your organization, identify your role and the company workspace involved.
We may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting on a request. This helps protect accounts and company records from unauthorized deletion.
Company-controlled records and lawful retention
Many records entered in Prospeno are controlled by the Company that operates the workspace, including attendance, expenses, project assignments, approvals, payroll-related operational data, audit history, and billing records.
Deletion requests concerning employee, attendance, expense, or project records may need to be coordinated with the Company. Where Prospeno acts as a service provider for Company-managed data, we may refer or coordinate the request with the Company.
We do not promise to delete information that must be retained for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute-resolution, or operational integrity reasons.
Backups, logs, and derived records may persist for a limited period even after deletion or deactivation, consistent with our retention practices and applicable law.
What happens after a verified request
After we verify authority and identity, we will take reasonable steps to deactivate access, delete or anonymize personal information where appropriate, and confirm the outcome when permitted.
Some requests may be completed by your Company Admin directly—for example, removing a user from a company workspace—while other requests require support coordination.
We respond according to applicable law, subject to lawful exceptions, verification requirements, and coordination with the Company where required.
