Module Marketplace

Discover optional Prospeno modules, review pricing and requirements, activate eligible workflows using company Wallet credits, and manage renewal or cancellation without losing historical records.

Optional workflows

  • Module Marketplace lists optional add-ons beyond the Core Platform included with your company plan.

Wallet billing

  • Paid modules activate through successful Wallet charges recorded against company entitlement — not project cash or Budget Releases.

History preserved

  • Cancellation or expiry may block new actions, but existing payroll, materials, kiosk, quotation, and branding records remain preserved.

Overview

Module Marketplace lists optional Prospeno modules your company may activate beyond the included Core Platform.

Core Platform covers project profit, labor, expenses, billings, collections, dashboard, and reports according to your subscription limits.

Paid add-ons require a supported billing action — typically a Wallet charge — and successful entitlement creation before workflows unlock.

Module availability may depend on the base subscription. Free Forever cannot purchase additional modules; eligible paid plans can.

Activation grants access only after billing and entitlement complete successfully.

Cancellation or expiry should restrict future use without deleting historical business records.

Status table

Included vs paid modules

Included module

  • Core Platform is included with the company subscription
  • Still subject to plan limits, role permissions, record state, and workspace status
  • Cannot be purchased or cancelled from Marketplace

Paid module

  • Requires separate entitlement and Wallet billing when price is above zero
  • May require an eligible paid base subscription
  • Requires Admin authorization and successful purchase completion
  • Free-priced catalog modules use Activate Free without Wallet deduction

Upgrading the base plan does not automatically activate every paid module unless the plan configuration explicitly includes it.

Activation workflow

  1. 1

    Open Marketplace

Go to /modules and review module cards, Wallet balance, and current states.

  2. 2

    Select a module

Open Learn more on module detail pages such as /modules/budget-releases when available.

  3. 3

    Review requirements

Confirm monthly price, eligible paid plan, module dependencies, and available Wallet balance.

  4. 4

    Confirm purchase

Tap Enable or Activate Free, then confirm in the Enable {module}? modal with wallet balance summary.

  5. 5

    Complete entitlement

Progress checklist: Confirming wallet balance → Activating module access → Refreshing your workspace.

  6. 6

    Open the module

Use Manage, success modal shortcuts, or navigation placement hints according to role permissions.

Wallet requirement

  • Sufficient Wallet balance → Allows the supported purchase attempt
  • Successful Wallet charge and entitlement update → Activates the module
  • Pending top-ups are not spendable until approved and credited
  • Insufficient balance opens the Insufficient wallet balance modal with Top up wallet
  • Wallet is Prospeno billing credit — not company cash-on-hand or a Budget Release
  • Wallet has no project-profit effect
  • Wallet balance alone does not activate a module; the billing action must complete successfully

Base-subscription requirement

Plan eligibility

  • Free Forever cannot purchase additional modules
  • Eligible paid plans such as Starter and Pro may purchase paid add-ons
  • Unavailable modules remain visible with blocked activation when prerequisites fail
  • When the base plan expires or is restricted, module activation and renewal may be blocked while historical records remain

Purchase confirmation

Enable modal summary

  • Module name and icon
  • Monthly price or Free
  • Wallet balance and After enabling balance when priced
  • Wallet deduction: None for free activations
  • Confirmation controls: Cancel and Enable Module or Activate Module
  • Try again after errors; insufficient balance routes to Top up wallet
  • No proration or trial period is shown in the current confirmation flow

Renewal

Renewal behavior

  • Paid modules renew monthly against the renewal price snapshot or current catalog price
  • Renewal requires sufficient Wallet balance when the renewal job runs
  • Successful renewal extends paid-through and keeps status Active
  • Failed renewal can move entitlement toward Expired according to reconciliation rules
  • Wallet transaction history records module charges
  • Operation keys and idempotent RPC behavior help prevent duplicate charges on replay
  • Wallet balance does not guarantee renewal unless the renewal process completes

Cancellation

Cancel renewal

  • Only Admins can cancel renewal from active module cards
  • Cancel renewal stops future billing while preserving access until the paid-through date
  • Status becomes Cancelling with Resume available before expiry
  • Cancellation does not automatically refund Wallet credits
  • Dependent modules may block cancellation — for example Budget Releases while Office Budget Requests remains active
  • Historical records remain available after access ends

Cancelling a module must not be described as deleting its records.

Expiry behavior

After expiry

  • Marketplace shows Read-only badge and Reactivate when activatable
  • New record creation and module routes may be blocked by entitlement guards
  • Existing synchronized records remain visible in history, reports, and audit trails where implemented

Module-specific nuance

  • Custom Branding reverts presentation while preserving stored logo and settings
  • Payroll, materials, kiosk, quotations, and budget workflows keep historical data read-only or blocked for new actions according to each module guard
  • Inspect the dedicated module guide when behavior differs

Reactivation

  1. 1

    Open Marketplace

Find the expired or cancelling module card.

  2. 2

    Select the module

Review Read-only or Cancelling state and pricing.

  3. 3

    Review price and eligibility

Confirm plan eligibility, dependencies, and Wallet balance.

  4. 4

    Confirm Wallet balance

Top up when the Insufficient wallet balance modal appears.

  5. 5

    Complete reactivation

Tap Reactivate to run the same wallet purchase flow and create a new entitlement period.

  6. 6

    Restore supported access

Resume renewal reverses a scheduled cancellation without a new purchase when still within Cancelling state.

Failed or incomplete activation

Common failure cases

  • Insufficient Wallet balance
  • Inactive or ineligible base subscription
  • Module coming soon or not wallet-purchasable
  • Missing module dependency such as Office Budget Requests without Budget Releases & Liquidation
  • Already active, cancelling, or suspended entitlement
  • Duplicate operation key / idempotency conflict
  • Enable failed after RPC or entitlement error
  • AI roadmap modules are not available for activation
  • Failed purchase must not silently create access
  • Review Wallet activity and Subscription when transaction state is uncertain
  • Avoid repeated rapid purchase attempts; use Try again after resolving the cause

Module entitlement vs user permission

Company module entitlement

  • Determines whether the company has the workflow active
  • Managed from Marketplace and Subscription by Admins

User permission

  • Determines whether the signed-in user may access or manage that workflow
  • Controlled by company role, project assignment, and record state

Example: Salaries & Payroll may be active for the company, but an Employee still does not receive payroll-administration access.

Marketplace vs Subscription & Billing

Module Marketplace

  • Discover and manage optional paid workflows at /modules

Subscription & Billing

  • Manage the base company plan, limits, renewal, and cancellation at /subscription

Marketplace does not replace the base subscription.

Marketplace vs Company Wallet

Marketplace

  • Controls module selection, activation, cancellation, and reactivation actions

Company Wallet

  • Stores approved billing credits and transaction history at /wallet

A Wallet top-up is not a module purchase.

Data preservation

  • Module cancellation or expiry → May block new actions or make the module read-only
  • Existing module records and audit history → Remain preserved
  • Payroll runs, payslips, and cash-advance deductions
  • Budget Releases, liquidations, and office budget request history
  • Material requests and fulfillment records
  • Kiosk attendance logs synchronized to the company
  • Quotation drafts and preview history
  • Custom Branding stored logo and saved branding settings

Billing records

Wallet and subscription history

  • Module name and charge amount
  • Billing period / paid-through extension
  • Wallet balance before and after when shown in confirmation
  • Transaction type such as module purchase or renewal in Wallet activity
  • Entitlement status changes: active, cancelling, expired
  • Created date and actor where visible to Admins
  • Cancellation references paid-through date rather than deleting records

Refunds and corrections

Supported behavior today

  • Module cancellation does not automatically refund Wallet credits
  • Billing corrections and manual refunds require Prospeno support or platform administration
  • Reversals, when applied, should appear in Wallet activity while preserving business history
  • Do not assume cancellation restores Wallet balance automatically

Secondary details

Module pricing

Displayed prices come from the modules catalog monthly_price and render as ₱{amount}/month per company in Marketplace. Detail pages may show the same price label copy.

Plan prerequisites

Free Forever cannot purchase add-ons. Paid plans unlock purchase eligibility; individual modules may still show Coming Soon or dependency requirements.

Active-module navigation

After activation, Manage opens the module’s primary workflow route. Location hints on cards describe where the module appears, such as Expenses, Admin & Finance, Workforce, or Settings → Company.

Scheduled cancellation

Cancel renewal keeps the module active until the paid-through date shown in Marketplace or Subscription, then moves toward expired/read-only state.

Expired modules

Expired modules show Read-only on Marketplace and offer Reactivate when wallet activation is supported.

Manual billing support

Modules marked Request Access or disabled within a paid period may require Prospeno support intervention.

Super Admin controls

Platform operators may adjust catalog pricing, plan eligibility, or entitlement state. Customer Admins use Marketplace, Subscription, and Wallet only.

Important limitations

  • Module Marketplace is primarily Admin-managed.
  • Paid modules require successful entitlement and billing.
  • Pending Wallet credits cannot be used.
  • Wallet balance alone does not activate a module.
  • Base subscription eligibility may still apply.
  • Role permission remains separate from module entitlement.
  • Activating a module does not automatically assign users or projects.
  • Cancellation does not guarantee an automatic refund.
  • Expiry may restrict new actions while preserving history.
  • Historical module records must not be deleted because entitlement ended.
  • Prices, billing periods, and availability must reflect current commercial configuration.
  • Marketplace does not replace project finance, payroll, inventory, or accounting workflows.
