Set up company branding

Upload the company logo
Open Settings → Company → Company Identity. Upload a PNG or WebP company logo.

Choose an accent preset
Open Custom Branding and select one of the curated color presets.

Add a welcome message if needed
Keep the message within 160 characters and suitable for pre-login display.

Apply Branding
Review the preview and apply the saved configuration to supported surfaces.

Verify the login and workspace
Check the company login and authenticated web workspace for readability and contrast.
Branding activation controls
Custom Branding module active
- Shows whether the company currently has an active Custom Branding entitlement.
- When inactive, saved branding can remain stored but cannot be live.
Login branding applied
- Turns live branding on after an Admin selects Apply Branding.
- Reset to Prospeno Default sets live branding off without deleting the saved configuration.
Live branding requires both an active Custom Branding module and applied login branding. Purchasing the module alone does not automatically apply saved branding.
Company Identity logo
Logo storage is independent from Custom Branding activation. A saved Company Identity logo can remain stored when the module is inactive.
- Supported files: PNG and WebP
- Maximum file size: 2,097,152 bytes
- Use a prepared transparent image when possible; Prospeno does not remove image backgrounds.
Accent presets
Curated presets (16): Prospeno Blue, Navy, Sky, Cyan, Indigo, Violet, Purple, Fuchsia, Rose, Crimson, Orange, Amber, Lime, Fresh Green, Emerald, Teal
- Free-form color entry is not available in the standard Custom Branding UI.
- Use the preset preview to confirm readable contrast before applying.
What Custom Branding does not change
Custom Branding is not full white-labeling. Prospeno keeps platform attribution and security-critical UI where required.
- Custom domains are not supported.
- Custom fonts, arbitrary CSS, and layout replacement are not supported.
- Mobile-app branding is not part of this module.
- Email and every PDF surface are not automatically rebranded by this setting.
Apply, reset, or cancel
Apply Branding
- Makes the supported saved branding live while the module is active.
Reset to Prospeno Default
- Returns live presentation to Prospeno defaults while the saved logo, preset, and welcome message remain stored.
If the module is cancelled or expires, the stored branding configuration is preserved while custom presentation stops. Historical company, financial, and audit records are unaffected.

Who can change branding?
Only Admins can upload or replace the company logo, change branding values, Apply Branding, or Reset to Prospeno Default. Other roles have read-only access where the company settings page is visible.
Where does the welcome message appear?
The optional welcome message can appear on the branded company login when branding is live. Do not put confidential information in it because it may be visible before authentication.
Important notes
- Custom Branding affects supported Prospeno web presentation only.
- Resetting branding is separate from removing the Company Identity logo.
- Cancelling the module does not delete stored branding configuration or historical records.
