Start with your assigned work
- 1
Sign in to your company workspace
Use the account and company access provided by your administrator.
- 2
Open your assigned project or work
The Field app keeps project activity tied to the job you are actually working on.
- 3
Choose the field action you need
Available actions depend on your role, project assignment, and the modules enabled for your company.
- 4
Confirm the submission succeeded
For actions that require the server, do not treat a record as submitted until the app confirms it.
Attendance and checkout
Use the attendance workflow available to your account for check-in and checkout. Checkout may also ask for a structured field report about completed work, issues, or progress.
Submit a project expense
- 1
Choose the correct project
Make sure the expense belongs to the project shown in the form.
- 2
Enter the expense details
Record the amount, category, description, and other required fields.
- 3
Attach receipt proof when available
Capture or upload the supporting receipt or photo before submitting.
- 4
Submit for review
Submitting the expense does not approve it. Expense approval remains Admin-only.
Project and site workflows
Project details keep the client, location, scope, and available field actions connected to the assigned job.
- Materials requests appear only when the related module and permissions allow them.
- Supervisors and Managers may receive additional project or team controls within their assigned scope.
- Employees do not create their own project labor-cost records from Prospeno Field.
What each role can do
| Role | Typical Field access |
|---|---|
| Employee | Assigned work, permitted attendance and checkout, project expenses, and available field submissions. |
| Supervisor | Assigned site and team workflows, project context, and permitted Project Work Logs. |
| Manager | Permitted project and operational workflows, including materials actions where authorized. Expense approval is not included. |
| Admin | Company authority and the broadest permitted mobile visibility. Administrative setup is primarily handled on the web app. |
When an internet connection is required
- Attendance and checkout require an online connection.
- Approvals and other authority-sensitive actions require an online connection.
- Billing and financial-authority changes remain server-validated.
- A record should not appear successfully submitted until the server confirms it.
Important notes
- What you can see and do depends on your company role, project assignment, and enabled modules.
- Expense submission is separate from approval; project expense approval is Admin-only.
- Use the web app for company setup, broader financial review, reporting, and administration.
