Attendance Logs is the company-wide record of employee attendance.
Use this page to review work type, hours, approval status, selfies, location evidence, and project assignment.
Attendance Logs is the source record. Project Labor, Timesheet, and Payroll use attendance data in different ways.

Add Attendance
Admins and Managers can select + Add Attendance.
The drawer supports manual attendance creation.
Choose:
Select Save to create the record.
Edit Attendance
Select Edit on an eligible attendance record.
Use editing to correct genuine mistakes such as:
Do not edit attendance simply to force a desired labor cost.
Search and filters
Use Search attendance records... to find attendance by employee, project, work type, or related information.
Use the date filter to apply a start and end date.
Available quick filters may include:
Use Apply or Clear according to the selected filter.
Approve attendance
Select Approve on an eligible record.
Reject attendance
Open the Attendance Detail drawer and select Reject.
A rejection reason is required.
Rejected attendance receives zero approved labor allocation and is excluded from approved project labor cost.
