How to get started
Follow these steps to set up your company workspace.

Register or join your company
Create a company account or sign in using the company login provided by your administrator.

Add users and assign roles
Open Settings → Users & Roles and add the people who will use Prospeno.

Create your first project
Open Projects and select + Add Project. Enter name, contract amount, budgeted costs, schedule, and status.

- After saving, Prospeno opens the Project Command Center.

Record labor, expenses, billings, and collections
Approved labor and project expenses count toward actual project cost. Collections separate billing from payment.

Review project profit
Use the Dashboard, Reports, and Project Command Center to compare contract value, budget, actual costs, and collections.

Important limitations
- Only approved records affect project actual cost.
- General Work records that are not assigned to a project do not affect an individual project’s profit.
- Project access depends on user role and assignment.
- Some pages and actions are available only to Admins or to companies with the required module enabled.
