Getting StartedIncluded

Getting Started

Set up your company, add your team, create a project, and start tracking real project costs.

Set up Prospeno

An Admin normally completes these steps before the team starts using the workspace.

  1. 1

    Set up the company account

Create the company workspace or sign in with the company access details provided to you.

  2. 2

    Add users and roles

Open Settings → Users & Roles.

    • Admin — company setup, projects, approvals, billing, and modules
    • Manager — assigned projects and operational workflows
    • Supervisor — assigned field activity with limited financial access
    • Employee — attendance, expenses, and assigned work
  3. 3

    Create the first project

Open Projects → + Add Project.

Enter the contract value, budgeted costs, schedule, and project status. Add the project team before field work begins.

  4. 4

    Record actual activity

Record labor and project expenses as work happens. Create billings when the client owes an amount, then record collections only when payment is actually received.

  5. 5

    Review project performance

Use the Project Command Center to compare the project baseline with approved actual costs and current collections.
