Company Performance & Analytics vs Project Profit Dashboard
The Dashboard summarizes active project portfolio performance. Company Performance & Analytics adds company overhead, operating profit, and recorded cash movement.
Revenue
Management P&L Revenue uses valid recorded billings whose billing date falls inside the selected period.
Direct Project Cost
Includes approved project labor, materials, and other project costs using the same classification as Project Command Center.
Company Overhead
Includes approved company expenses and non-project payroll overhead. Project labor remains a direct project cost.
Gross Profit and Operating Profit
Gross Profit = Revenue − Direct Project Cost. Operating Profit = Gross Profit − Company Overhead.
Cash Performance
Shows recorded cash received and paid activity captured in Prospeno for the selected period.

Company Performance & Analytics is a management view based on operational records in Prospeno; not a statutory financial statement.
Paid module entitlement
Activate or renew Company Performance & Analytics from the Module Marketplace. Expired or disabled entitlement locks the workspace and APIs. Core financial pages stay available.
Important notes
- Company Performance & Analytics is Admin-only and enforced server-side.
- Expired or disabled entitlement is locked, not historical read-only, because this module owns no transaction records.
- Do not use contract value as P&L revenue.
- Project labor is never counted twice as both direct cost and company overhead.
- When Salaries & Payroll is enabled, legacy Salaries company expenses are excluded to avoid double counting.
- P&L and Cash Performance answer different questions and may diverge by period.
