Baseline and project profit

Admins can edit the approved contract amount, budgeted labor/material/other costs, and schedule when the project’s real commercial or budget assumptions change.

  • Approved individual and batch labor can contribute to actual project cost.
  • Approved project expenses contribute to actual project cost.
  • Supported material costs contribute when the module is enabled.
  • Collections show cash received; they do not reduce project cost.

Important notes

  • Command Center tabs are summaries; detailed records remain in their full pages.
  • Available actions depend on role, assignment, project status, and enabled modules.
  • Profit and margin depend on complete and correctly approved project records.
