- Active Contract Value
- Total contract value of active projects in the current portfolio. It is not cash collected.
- Gross Position to Date
- Current portfolio position based on the project financial information available to Prospeno.
- Estimated Profit Margin
- Weighted estimated margin across active projects. A provisional or incomplete confidence state means the result can still change.
- Projects At Risk
- Projects that currently show attention signals and should be reviewed in detail.
Use the Dashboard

Scan the portfolio indicators
Look for weakening margin, rising cost, outstanding receivables, or projects at risk.

Review Attention and health signals
Identify the projects or records that need action.

Open the project
Use Projects or the Project Command Center to investigate the underlying labor, expenses, collections, staffing, or material activity.

Resolve the source record
Fix or approve the actual record rather than trying to interpret the Dashboard as a separate accounting ledger.
Project health signals
| Signal | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Profitable | The project currently shows a positive financial position from recorded information. |
| Watch | Margin, cost, schedule, approvals, or collections may be weakening. |
| Losing Money | The recorded and expected cost position indicates projected profit may be negative. |
| Collection Pending | Profitability may be acceptable, but collection activity remains outstanding. |
Why profit can be provisional
Dashboard profit is only as complete as the project records behind it.
- Pending labor approvals
- Pending project expenses
- Missing baseline values
- Incomplete collections
- Missing cost records
- Recently added activity that has not been fully processed
Do not mix collections and project cost
Project cost
- Includes supported approved labor, project expenses, and enabled module costs.
- Changes project profit and margin.
Collections
- Shows billed and collected cashflow.
- Outstanding receivables do not become project cost.
Important notes
- The full Dashboard is currently available to company Admins.
- Use the Dashboard to decide where to investigate; use the source pages for record-level actions.
- A provisional margin is not a final accounting result.
