Main portfolio indicators

Active Contract Value

Cost and receivable metrics

Labor Cost

Shows recorded labor cost across the included projects.

Approved Expenses

Refresh and recovery details

Project Health Summary

Possible groups include:

  • Profitable
  • Watch
  • Losing Money
  • Collection Pending

The Project Health Summary groups projects according to current performance signals.

  • These labels depend on the completeness and accuracy of project records.
Dashboard refresh and recovery

The Dashboard may show a refresh indicator while data is updating.

  • When a financial request fails, a recovery message and Retry action may appear.
  • Retry before assuming that blank or incomplete values represent the actual project position.

Important limitations

  • The full Dashboard is Admin-only.
  • Dashboard values depend on the quality and approval status of operational records.
  • Collections affect cashflow, not project cost.
  • Portfolio indicators are summaries and may not explain every project-level variance.
  • Provisional or incomplete labels should be investigated before making final decisions.
  • Dashboard trends, when shown, may be preview indicators rather than formal historical analytics.
  • Formal exports are available from Reports.
