Overview
The company plan provides the foundation for users, projects, workspaces, and shared company settings. Core Platform is included, not a separately activated add-on.
Use Settings → Workspaces to choose Projects or Transport. Orders & Inventory currently opens a Planning Preview.
Who can use it
- Admins manage the company plan, workspaces, users, and settings.
- Managers and Supervisors use the areas allowed by their role and project assignments. Included access does not override role restrictions.
Before you start
- An active company account and an assigned role.
- Review current capacity and subscription state in Subscription. Live plan limits and prices are authoritative there and on Pricing.
Workflow

Choose the working context
An Admin selects enabled workspaces in Settings. Open the workspace selector to navigate deliberately; a guide or Learn More link does not change the current workspace.

Set up the company
Complete company information, users and roles, and the project or Transport records needed by the team.

Add only the capabilities you need
Review optional modules in Module Marketplace. A module may be free, paid, planned, or restricted; inclusion of the workspace does not include every add-on.

Monitor capacity and access
Use Subscription for company capacity and billing state, and the module status for each optional capability.

- Core Platform follows the company plan and is not purchased or renewed as an independent module.
- Projects and Transport are included workspaces. Orders & Inventory is a Planning Preview, not an operational inventory system.
- Company subscription restrictions and optional-module expiry still apply; included presentation does not bypass them.
Limitations
Troubleshooting
- A missing action can reflect your role, company subscription state, selected workspace, or module status. Ask an Admin to review those before changing records.
- A Planning Preview is informational; it does not accept operational orders or stock transactions.

- Core Platform follows the company plan and is not purchased or renewed as an independent module.
- Projects and Transport are included workspaces. Orders & Inventory is a Planning Preview, not an operational inventory system.
- Company subscription restrictions and optional-module expiry still apply; included presentation does not bypass them.
- There is no separate Core Platform activation, wallet charge, or entitlement to buy.
- Financial reports, payroll, and other add-ons retain their own permissions, dependencies, and access states.
